So, who am I?

As a child, I felt a profound connection to the world around me. I remember weaving intricate poems about consciousness for my family, though I couldn't quite grasp the word itself. While the words of those early poems have faded, the core of what I felt remains: a sense that consciousness is the nurturing source of all life.

Over time, this connection dimmed — only to be reignited by the arrival of my daughters. These precious souls became my teachers, illuminating the shadows of my own childhood. In their light, I discovered that healing and growth are possible at any age.

Through my own journey to rediscover my authentic self, I've learned that while we can't erase the pain of abuse or trauma, we can heal the wounds they leave behind. Having walked through life's darkest valleys alone, I understand the profound longing to be seen and heard. That experience fuels my commitment to creating a safe, empathetic space for others.

With heartfelt presence and unwavering compassion, I accompany my clients as they navigate their challenges. It is my privilege to witness their strength and resilience.

What is psychosomatic therapy?

A holistic approach that focuses on the mind–body connection to address and heal trauma, stress, and other emotional and physical issues — treating you as a whole person, not a list of symptoms.

Who can benefit from it?

Anyone who wants to improve their emotional well-being, release tension, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. You don't need a diagnosis to begin.

What happens in a session?

We work together using gentle, body-centred techniques that help you access and release stored emotions and physical tension — always at a pace that feels safe for you.

Is it effective?

Psychosomatic and body-based therapies have been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD, and to improve overall well-being. Your experience is always tailored to you.

How long does therapy take?

It depends on your needs and goals. Some people feel significant shifts in just a few sessions; others benefit from longer-term work. Healing is a journey, not a destination.
